These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and guidelines for using Bondi Beach Babes' website, services, events, and community platforms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Bondi Beach Babes website, mobile application, business portal, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Age Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, access, or use the Bondi Beach Babes Platform. By registering for an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 18 to register, use our services, or access our Platform. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated personal information. If you are aware of anyone under 18 using our Platform, please contact us at hello@bondibeachbabes.com.au.
Membership
Bondi Beach Babes membership is open to women aged 18 and over. By becoming a member, you agree to participate in our community in a respectful and constructive manner. Membership benefits are subject to change and are outlined on our website.
Events
Events are organised by Bondi Beach Babes and our community members. By attending any event, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk. Bondi Beach Babes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events at any time. Refund policies for ticketed events are outlined at the time of purchase via our ticketing partner, Humanitix.
Business Listings and Promotional Posts
Businesses listed on our platform agree to provide accurate information and maintain up-to-date listings. Bondi Beach Babes reserves the right to remove listings that violate our community standards. Subscription fees for business listings are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Promotional posts, featured placements, discount listings, and any paid advertising content published on the Platform are non-refundable once they have been published or gone live. This includes but is not limited to: featured business listings, promoted discount codes, sponsored event placements, and any other paid promotional content. If a promotional post has not yet been published, you may request cancellation by contacting us at hello@bondibeachbabes.com.au. Once promotional content is live and visible to users, no refund will be issued as the service has been fully delivered.
Subscriptions and Payments
Business portal subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as outlined at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the business portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
In-App Purchases and App Store Transactions
Any purchases made through the Bondi Beach Babes mobile application via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's terms and conditions. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no responsibility for the Platform or its content. Refund requests for transactions made through the Apple App Store must be directed to Apple. Refund requests for transactions made through Google Play must be directed to Google. Bondi Beach Babes is solely responsible for the content and services provided through the mobile application.
User-Generated Content
By posting, uploading, or sharing content on the Platform (including but not limited to business profiles, event descriptions, images, discount details, and group posts), you grant Bondi Beach Babes a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it. Bondi Beach Babes reserves the right to remove any user-generated content at its sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Bondi Beach Babes Platform, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Bondi Beach Babes and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our Platform to post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content. Bondi Beach Babes reserves the right to remove any content and terminate access for users who violate our community guidelines. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@bondibeachbabes.com.au or through the account settings in the mobile application. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any fees already paid (including promotional post fees and subscription fees for the current billing period) are non-refundable upon termination, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Bondi Beach Babes provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of any business listing, event, discount, or promotional content posted by third-party business users. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bondi Beach Babes, its directors, officers, and staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes via email, notice on our website, or push notification in the mobile application. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
