Child Safety Standards

These standards set out how Bondi Beach Babes prevents, detects, and responds to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) across our app and services. They apply to the Bondi Beach Babes mobile application, website, and business portal.
Our Commitment
Bondi Beach Babes (published on Google Play and the Apple App Store by Amy Lynch as "Bondi Beach Babes", com.bondibeachbabes.app) is a social community platform for women aged 18 and over. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, the sexualisation of minors, and any content or conduct that endangers children are strictly prohibited across our mobile application, website, and business portal. These standards apply to every user, every piece of content, and every interaction on our Platform.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
We explicitly prohibit: creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM); any sexualised depiction of, or sexual commentary about, a person under 18 (real, fictional, or AI-generated); grooming behaviour, including attempts by adults to befriend, manipulate, or solicit minors; sextortion or threats to share intimate imagery; trafficking of minors or facilitation of child sexual exploitation; and any attempt by a person under 18 to access the Platform. Violation of these standards results in immediate account termination and, where required or appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
An 18+ Only Platform
Bondi Beach Babes is intended solely for adults. Users must confirm their date of birth during onboarding to verify they are 18 or older, and accounts are verified via SMS phone authentication. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we terminate the account and delete their personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In-App Reporting and Moderation
Every post, comment, message, and profile in the Bondi Beach Babes app can be reported directly in-app: tap the "..." menu on any content or profile and select Report. Users can also block other members instantly. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and content that violates these standards is removed. Accounts involved in CSAE are terminated immediately and permanently. Reports relating to child safety are prioritised ahead of all other moderation queues.
Reporting to Authorities
When we identify or are made aware of CSAM or child sexual exploitation on our Platform, we act on it, including preserving evidence and reporting to the relevant authorities. In Australia this includes the Australian Centre to Counter Child Exploitation (ACCCE, accce.gov.au) and the eSafety Commissioner (esafety.gov.au). We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including our obligations under Australian law, and cooperate with law enforcement investigations. Anyone who encounters child sexual abuse material online should also report it directly to the ACCCE or, if a child is in immediate danger, contact police on 000.
Child Safety Point of Contact
Our designated child safety point of contact is reachable at hello@bondibeachbabes.com.au. This contact is prepared to discuss our CSAE prevention practices and to receive and act on child safety concerns, including notices from Google Play, Apple, regulators, law enforcement, and members of the public. Please include "CHILD SAFETY" in the subject line so your report is prioritised. We aim to acknowledge child safety reports within 24 hours.
